Here is yet another singleton card, this time being somewhat old, but still pretty solid. Its a strictly going second board breaker card, which punishes the opponent for having a wide board of Extra Deck monsters, like D/D, or the bajillion combo decks that ends on the same ED monsters. Like Dogmatika Maximus--which this card was based on--Benightened Enlightener directly sends your Extra Deck to the GY, which scales based on how many ED monsters the opponent has. Unlike Maximus though, you aren't limited to sending monsters with different names to the GY, so you very well could dump 2 or 3 N'tss or the like at once for a massive swing of value. As a final deterrent to the opponent fielding multiple huge ED monsters, Benightened cannot be stopped by such monsters, which was a necessity so it could do its job as an anti-ED board breaker effectively.

Trivia: As stated above, this card was based on Dogmatika Maximus (in all by name), though instead of being a value engine, it is more direct in the "anti-Extra Deck" theme that Dogmatika has. Also I like the idea of "fear" cards as I call them, or cards that makes the opponent question their actions, cuz it opens up new elements to consider in gameplay.
