a shame you couldn't finish this, but I totally understand why you didn't. Personally I liked the little story you had here, the fact that sonic was having an internal struggle with his darker selves was an interesting concept.
However TMOM is definitely the better of the two! keep up the hard work, can't wait to see more!

Even though you didn't finish the comic(which was really enjoyable by the way) I'm glad that you at least put what happens in the description. It's super frustrating when you're someone reading a comic with good art and story and then it suddenly gets canceled you your just left wishing that you at least knew what was going to happen. I loved this comic for many reasons:
1. The art style, it's just beautiful!
2. Fleetway. I'm sorry but it's true.

While I can understand people liking it, it's a forgettable story that wasn't really interesting to me. The only reason people liked it is because of fleetway, dark sonic, and super sonic. That's it.
I think this should teach viewers that you shouldn't read a story just because it has your favorite characters in it, but you should read a story as what it is-- a story. To me Save Sonic is boring and a wonderful example of modern fanfiction-- it makes fangirls squeel, the plot is barely there, there's no planned sequence, the writing is inexperienced, and I'm sorry but the art is god awful.
I feel like people should love my other story more because I have worked so much harder on that than this piece of trash. There is no effort put into this, and the only reason it reached this far is because I was appeasing fans-- but I refuse to work on something that makes me miserable any longer. If people want it continued, they can continue it themselves.

The main reason I love your story is the actual storyline itself.
i mean, look at the first page. You got sonic looking pissed behind a piece of glass and someone else talking stuff, that's a cliffhanger right there my friend. Who is the other guy? Where is sonic? What's gonna happen? Is it Eggman again? Why is sonic not able to break the glass himself?
To be honest, when I saw the first page for the first time, I had questions like those all around my head. Making me feel exited and anxious for what was going to come up next. Sure, I was happy that Fleetway was in it, but in your comic, the conflict really wasn't about Fleetway at all.
it was about sonic and how he controls his emotions, that you don't see everyday. I don't really like dark sonic actually. I like the more insane characters, like Fleetway. Though the whole comic is pretty much based on sonic and his emotions.
And the art style. Most comics I see nowadays are just lineart with only a small tinge of color. But yours is all out shading, color, and awesome facial expressions. Hell, I use bases for my drawings for the love of crap.

Yeah, you have a point. I guess I also pushed the idea away because it's sort of out of character for sonic-- he'll feel hate and anger just like any other person, but I don't think he's that powerful to have different forms risk taking him over.
Though given that it still gives the message, I guess it's not total garbage.
