This was done for fantasy competition! Wish me luck!

About the illustration:

Well, this took a while. I finally finished my Original story's main character! Everything was done from scratch and took around 200 layers (using photoshop and my wacom tablet) and an entire week to do.

About the character:
Name: Kratos Leonhart
Age: 23
Element: Fire
Personality: Cocky, stubborn but skilled with the sword. Though he appears a reckless fool when fighting, he never let his guard down --especially when he's protecting someone.
He is a natural when it comes to battle, wielding his sword with such a grace, that it seems as though its an extension of his arm.
A charming man who refuses to take no for an answer when he wants something. His charisma draws people to him and he can easily gain the loyalty of other warriors. However he is incapable of seeing the big picture. When the need to sacrifice someone arises, he refuses, making him a great leader of a small team, but never a leader of an entire army.
