I like to think this is Maglor, Feanor's son in chibi form, but it can be any elven minstrel.Also, this is my first try at coloring with photoshop ever; I decided to try my hand with a chibi since I thought it would be easier. I guess I am kinda satisfied, but I also know there's A LOT to work on, especially on shading. If you feel like giving feedback and criticism, please do! I would really appreciate it!
For the starry backround, I followed [link] 's tutorial.
