Taken inside the "National Gallery of Art" in Washington DC, USA. It was cold as hell outside and this redhead kid was gazing out the window. It's not just the expression of the kid against the window that got me, it was the color combination.

Excellent colors indeed. Hope you enjoyed your stay in DC. That's my favorite museum, did you visit East or West wing? I don't really like the modern art side (I think is East? Can't remember, been several years now). Did you get some good pictures in the rest of the Capital? Can't wait to see.

His hair is so vibrant, especially against the blues of the outside. My mom has the same colour hair, so I can really appreciate this. Gorgeous photograph.

This reminds me of when I was little, and was home for the first time during winter, so it was the first time I'd ever seen snow.... but I was sick so I couldn't go out, so my brothers made a snow man in the bathtub. And several little ones in the refrigerator.
Not sure why this makes me feel so nostalgic, but it does.... this requires a fav.

I like the other version even more becauseof the reflections of the kid.. there is has soem magical aura. here the relfection isn't complete, so I think this is missing here
