Phil Pepperman is the first boss of Pizza Tower, although his passion is art and sculptures, he can make tackles to attack you, jump on Peppino to crush him and sometimes bounce all over the stage, something similar to Wario as a boss in his first appearance in the Super Mario franchise,in the game Super Mario Land 2: The 6 Golden Coins, very creative.
