why isn't mouko raijin setsu a overhead attack in most kof games? i mean, it doens't have the hit effect like most of overhead special moves have, like knocking the opponent to the ground and can only be blocked if the opponent is crouched

well my shin mouko raijin setsu it's an overhead attack, it will guard break standing guard opponents and smash them to the ground, it can only be blocked by an air/crouched block, the animation will only stop when the knee kick is blocked, if the opponent block when he is doing the karate chop the animation will run as normal
