love this scene, the colors are great so soft! I love both their poses, the only issue I have is Aly's hair it seems too pale to me, she has copper hair like her mother, this seems strawberry blonde

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure she has lighter hair than her mother.

I looed back in the book and your right it does say she has reddish blonde/gold hair. I guess I just always imagined it with more red because neither parents have blonde hair and no one else in her ancestry that we hear of was blonde (except possibly Beka but that wouldn't have passed on from so long ago). Stupid genetics class always ruining perfect families in books and on tv for me cuz of improbable genetics...
