Woah! I love the way it looks like it has been painted!
I love the spots where it changes colors, when it gets darker or lighter. I also like the effect that the middle line of the hair did!
And I die from those eyes! How did u do that? I mean, there perfect! It's incredible! The effect of the light eyes on the dark skin...

the eyes well
i just made 2 turquoise ovals for the base of the eyes, i used some airbrush of the same colour to add a glow inside and around it.... then i put a darker center in the eyes and airbrushed that with the darker colour a little... then i put a little highlight at the bottom of the eye and blended it with the rest... and airbrushed that to make it stand out a little more....
then i just added the white dots and white streaks you see there....
added a tiny bit of white airbrush to make it shine
so yeah
added a huge description incase you wanted to make your own
it works best in paint tool sai k
