He enjoyed hearing the tails told by the other queens or the elders about clan history and what clan life was like once you became an apprentice. He grew up viewing warriorhood as an honor and a duty that allowed you to protect the ones you cherished most. He had a small mishap while play fighting with an apprentice who accidently scratched the poor kit's left ear scarring him for life.
