aww...thanks.. ya actually i think i have talent in copying things= =0000 but when i get older i started to realise no wonder how well u can copy, it is not ur art! so hmmm just started to draw fanart in my own style later^^

Well ... I've never really traced. xD The closest I got to copying when I was a child was hanging an A4-sized poster on the wardrobe, looking at it from a distance of 3 metres and trying to copy it like this, LOLOL. Weird, since almost everyone began by tracing ... But even without tracing, I still think I haven't really got a style I could call my own.

I've unstored the improvement meme, it's here: [link] (but I did it in 2009, so yeah ^^'). LOLOL, I forgot to change 'NAME' to 'Selyann' back then, silly me. xD
Actually, I'll unstore everything in a second, so feel free so go to [link] and have a look around! I've got more stuff stored than unstored, LOL! You'll see so much more Naruto in my gallery when I unstore stuff... I wonder how many deviations there will be in my gallery once I've done that, need to compare.

eh? ya wad i mean buy copying is exactly wad u did for the poster LOL!!i nv really "trace" stuffs. i would refer to the original pictures and imitate them. so that was a good exercise for u isnt it O O?

ahhhh- - now i m also headache about the "style" thing = =000 is it really needed to have a style...?

I think we probably worry too much about the whole style thing. It's something that should come naturally, I suppose. I try not to worry too much and just draw, saying that eventually I'll develop certain techniques and it'll make me develop a style of my own, but sometimes I think that maybe there should be just a little bit of conscious effort put in. I don't know. But I've seen quite a few artists with a distinctive style who think that they've got none, so everyone probably tries too hard and can't see that they already have one. XD

.. yeah.. it can be pretty cold in winter.. but it's merely because they don't have real heating.. (at my grandpa's we heated with air-conditioning.. xD) .. and the buildings aren't made for cold weather.. ^^' Well.. it's not as cold as Europe atm.. x'D

haha that's so cool xD and Gin's pretty badass.. .. it's a shame he doesn't get more screen time.. (that's the price he pays for being a "mysterious" guy.. -.-') ... love Detective Conan.. (can't wait for Akai's epic return )

sigh...ya in the northern part of china where the weather can be really cold in winter there are always heaters....but i live in the southern part where it nv snows...so most of the households there don own a heater T T...

HAHA ya!last time i really fell in love with GIN-SAMA!!! but now i only follow the movie every yr...and the movies are awesome^^!

i m just a hobbyist and never properly trained in art. but i believe if u have u dedicate ur love and heart into drawings u can really achieve more! with the passion u would automatically practise more^^
