i hate this new styled Deviant , i cant tell the new from the old
love the scenery , makes me want too garden in the morning sun.
Only thing is its hard to see who is holding the umbrella

I like the way you colored their eyes...and the coloring on the leaves is really well done, they look very luscious.
A suggestion is to maybe be more careful of anatomy...the blue-haired girl's head is too big for her face and the neck is a little too long. Their expressions are a little awkward and vacant, too.
Your Copic techniques are great, but take care with your lineart, too!

The blue haired girl's head is to big for her face? I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that her features are to close together?
and yes, her neck is quite long, something that I intended ^^ I think the exaggerated length of the neck is elegant, though I expected others to see it as awkward hehee
and there expressions don't read as awkward or vacant to me.
I pay more attention to my line arts then I do to my coloring, though my work is very stylized which often reads as inaccurate to some!

Her hair is supposed to be pulled tightly into pigtails, but if that is so, the skull line along the back of the head looks too big compared to the size of her face...I'm not sure how else to word it, sorry. I think the problem is similar on the white-haired girl, but it is much more noticeable on the blue-haired girl due to her hairstyle. (On the white-haired girl you can assume that her hair is simply fluffy.)
As for the neck- I can't see the rest of the body, so I can't tell if it fits well as an overall "style"...in this picture it looks awkward to me, especially in combination with the too-large head. Her hair, dress, and coloring makes her look very elegant already- I think a less exaggerated neck length would still keep this elegance, but it's good to experiment with different styles here and there.
I think the strangest expression is on the white-haired girl? I'm not sure how she's supposed to look...happy? Or surprised? The curl in the top of their lips is almost like 'disgust'? The coloring in the eyes and skin and the way the lips are drawn is beautiful, but stepping back and looking at the expressions I'm not sure how I'm supposed to feel when I look at them. I think the white-haired girl's mouth is opened a little too widely for "elegant" like the blue-haired girl, but she doesn't quite look excited or happy or surprised, so it comes off very awkwardly to me.
These are all simply my personal observations, but I hope you can find some use in them.

Her hair isent pulled back tightly into pig tails at all.
^ ^ it is actually loosely pulled to the back.
and to me, if there hair was any ... smaller (for lack of better wording
and I lengthen my characters necks often because that is just the way that my style interprets necks. Its not elegant in a way that her dress or hair can make her look, but I guess just a preference of mine ^ _ ^
and the white haired girl is supposed to look as if she's politely greeting or speaking to somebody. I certainly don't see disgust in her expression and I think her mouth is open wide enough to look like she's saying something. I don't think it takes any subtlety or elegance away from her.
Everybody has there right to there opinions and a heart felt comment is far better then a comment that may not say much. Allot of the time I get people who try to break me down, but I know that you are not trying to do that at all. So your critique is very well appreciated!

Omg, I never thought I'd have critique for one of your images! XD I hope you don't take this the wrong way, though... I think the parasol takes away from the composition, it doesn't look natural (as if one of the characters was holding it, I mean) and really doesn't help the picture.... by itself it's a beautiful element because of the softness it has and the details but not as a whole or at least at the angle and place that it's at. And I think the blue haired character's nose is a little too straight, almost forced into place.. Aside from that your coloring technique and attention to details never seize to amaze me.

As for the nose, I think that may just be a little stylized way I tend to draw noses from time to time.
