What does it mean "sponge" cake? Without cream? :/ i'm not an expert english speaker, so just try to explain it easily if you do pls xD

That's ok
The cake 'sponge' looks like this
It is vanilla flavoured and very soft and fluffy. I use butter cream for the filling and to cover it before putting the fondant/sugarpaste on to decorate.
