Description
This goes with the new concept that we are going to start at my photography studio. We have invited Tatoo Artists to join us in throwing a gala. We provide the photograph and the canvas, and they will do their thing on the canvas, as they would if a person came in wanting a tatoo. We are so excited to get this started. This is a simple mok-up of the idea... artistic nude, but keeping with the more modern feel and adding traditional ways to modern times.I'll keep you posted.

I really like this, its new thinking on an old method and its been pulled of with a large amount of skill. Kudos!
I especially like the shadows on the "tattoo" it adds depth and life to it.

What makes it more amazing is that they will actually paint the tattoo on the canvas of the subject... it won't be digital like this one is, but I love the idea. My assistant came up with the idea, she got it off of Miami Ink, I guess. I loved the idea, so we're going to do it... but in a classy way. - Would you think that this is too contraversal for a very religious community? Or do you think that this can be done tastefully? Let me know.

Well I can't speak for religious communities as i'm not in one
However thats where making assumptions comes into it...I think that it can be done very tastefully, such as this piece, if you can get the style of tattoo to match the pose of the model, although really it all comes down to how people wish to interperate it.
I personally can't wait to see more
