My 2nd attempt at a mini Lugia ( I HATED my first try)I decided to make it into shadow Lugia.
Or as I like to call him, Mugiar.
I wanted to see how small I could get him, I think it turned out quite well.
made from super sculpy and games workshop paints.

Wow, you've definitely made him small! I'm quite amazed by the amount of detail you've put into something so small. I'd imagine his tail is rather delicate
