Mad Hatter and Scarecrow.Jervis Crane is a master of mind control... He utilizes a fear toxin he created to first make his victims loose their minds all together, and then in their state of delusion he places them under his power using any one of his many mind-control inventions. Completely insane, he is a victim of his own devices.

I like it! Fine details like the hat being stitched together are more visible in the full-size image.

He looks like a man you'd see in your nightmares. The kind of person who, if they were following you, would already be creeping the hell out of you. It's almost like he crawled out of a demented child's head and at the same time the more I think about the way he looks it perfectly fits a long with Mad Hatter and Scarecrow. Scarecrow has to be one of my favourite Batman villains so it's pretty wicked to see him in this combination.
The brushes you used on the clothing only helps him look cooler. Makes him feel halfway between a storybook character and creepy roughed up hobo. You know what they say about creepy roughed up hobos, you don't mess with them.
