Demi Lovato plays Sonny Munroe on SWAC. So if they ever met in the world of Sonny with a Chance, they'd pretty much look exactly the same. Selena Gomez is Demi Lovato's best friend, and she's just kinda freaking out about how she never even noticed the resemblance. Sonny and Demi don't get what the fuss is about. ^^
And Chad directed a movie about his life (Chad Dylan Cooper: The Chad Dylan Cooper Story, a Chad Dylan Cooper Production XDD). He originally hired Selena to play the part of Sonny, but after Selena angrily stormed off his set (watch the episode, you might be able to understand it better...) he cast Sonny for the role of herself. Here he's thinking about how he should've cast Demi for the part instead, since she looks like Sonny and probably would've been easier to work with. You know, since Sonny and Chad fight all the time...
