The details and shading in this piece is fantastic.Did you use artline pens?Jane's going to have a hell of a time trying to unstuck her hair from those branches and leaves later!

the skirt is stiff for my taste, but the plants and how her hair blends into it. ooooo so good

Just think of the skirt as wedding dress material, as that's what i opted to use for reference. I think if i'd attempted a more diaphanous material after working 15 hours on all those plants, my wrist would have exploded from the agony and i would've got blood all over my picture, and then i would've been REALLY mad. So i stuck with the heavier dress.

Wow! I've probably said it before, but THIS is an amazing work! Tarzan's Jane, I assume? Before I saw the title, my first thought was "Green Mansions" (a South American jungle girl story). But I grew up on the Tarzan books of E.R.Burroughs. And his colorful other wordly romances.
I don't know how Jane is keeping her dress so pristine way up there in the treetops, but I ain't going to worry about it either. It's really awesome. Posing thus before swinging out over those vertiginous jungle depths! Again, Wow!
