Thanks I wanted to do an aquatic race that wasn't the typical fish-finned mermaid or half-octopus. Jellyfish are beautiful but deadly, which makes for an interesting contrast.

Thanks! I saw yours too - I think she may even have been the reason I browsed your gallery in the first place. Isn't it cool how two people can depict the same concept in different ways?

Thanks! The jellyfish is one of those creatures that horrifies, yet fascinates me (along with the spider). They can be stunningly beautiful, but they can also be deadly. I see Jellyfish Lady as having that dangerous edge to her as well, which is one of the reasons I kept her eyes hidden - to hint at that danger.

Thanks for the fave ! I don't know about coloring - I haven't found a coloring medium yet that suits me. In my mind, though, she's a kind of translucent iridescent purple. If that helps...
