Personality:
It's hard to move on when the world has moved on without you. So Root channels that pent up anger and sorrow into making people's lives harder! Root enjoys messing with other villagers, especially those who're close to Cyrus. From pulling pranks to causing minor inconveniences, Root finds joy in other people's suffering. After all, it's a predator and prey world out there. Nobody's nice without a reason, and even the the people you trust most will stab you in the back. So you have to climb up the food chain, you have to survive.
While it is hard to find, there is a soul under this evil smile. Someone who's scared of this world they've woken up into. Someone who wants to live the life they always dreamed of. Someone who just wants to love and be happy again...

History:
There once was a beautiful Greater Glider named Mandy. Mandy loved life and wanted to start a family, but she was trapped by the the standards put around her. However, her prince charming arrived! A broken soul as well, Mandy and Earl ran away and lived together happily. But Mandy became pregnant. She was so happy to finally start the family she wanted. But something was wrong. She tried to tell Earl to get help, but when her beautiful boy was born, she was already gone.

Mandy didn't want to go into the light. She didn't want to leave the family she fought for so badly. It wasn't fair. It wasn't fair. Why would anyone do this to her? WHY WOULD HE LEAVE HER TO DIE?!

But someone was watching her. Impressed by Mandy's determination, this creature agreed to send Mandy back to the world of the living, on one condition. She would be cursed. The person she loves most would be unable to see her for who she is, and understand anything she tries to communicate. To break this curse, Mandy would have to feel love once more.

Mandy agreed and was sent back to the world. But she was a turnip. And she had been gone for 18 years. Her son had grown up without her, her prince was nowhere to be found, she felt alone. Now dubbed Root, she lives with her son and takes care of him as best she can. She will protect him. She will make sure he's happy. She will do anything for him. A mother's love knows no bounds, after all.

Other:
- They hate you. A lot.
- Root can and will bite you, but it doesn't hurt much.
- Root knows how to cook, clean, and do most other chores! A wonderful helper to have around the house.
- If you know Cyrus, she will hate you. Don't talk to her or her baby boy ever again.

Forms:
As of now, Root is unable to change to her Greater Glider form or speak English around Cyrus. This does now effect other villagers, however.

Powers:
- Root can turn invisible, which makes ruining your day a lot easier!
- Root has the ability to talk to plants. They make great conversation!
- Root can make turnips grow healthy and strong! Only turnips though. These turnips also have healing magic, so eating them allows one to recover faster from injury or sickness!
- Root can grow roots. They use this ability to grab, carry, and pull things.
- Root can shapeshift
