The hat, hair, and outfit does make him look like a younger Ardyn, and the almost playful pose is quite fitting for MoM, I agree. As for the context, Blaine is one of the Dandelions chosen by Ava to be part of the new Foretelllers, a group headed by Ephemer and Skuld. I don't think he's the MoM, as he appears to be the same age as your average KH protagonist (somewhere between 13-16). That being said, I wouldn't put it past MoM to disguise himself as a younger Keyblade wielder, and his hat would hide his rather unique eye, so I can't really say that it isn't him

I am positive he's going to be the post-KH3 main antagonist. No joke.
Nomura stated, when KH3 was finally announced to be in production at last, that it will not be the last KH game. That it's just the last one in which Xehanort will be the main bad guy.
I bet you anything Lauriam will be the new main baddie.

Idk it's hard to know at this point since that man will literally put anything he thinks sounds badass and "shocking" into the story.
Though seeing Lauriam as a new bad guy would be cool since his nobody's intentions to the Org XIII were different than what Xemnas had planned.
