edit 29.03.09:Added some more stuff and refined some other parts. I think i will submit this for the contest now

edit 25.03.09: Finally fixed the hover menu.
I started to make this journal for gruze, went everything fine until i wanted to create the hover-menu.
Had to switch back to the old structure.
But it's still not finished(from my point of view, headlines and some more features are missing) and the hover-menu is still buggy for both versions... but i know that i won't spent any more time on this during the next days. It was made for the current CSS contest of =Dark-Arts-Asylum but i have no idea if i should enter with something i call unfinished. Wanted to submit in anyway...

This is freakin' awesome
yellow is a little bit harsh...but...its crazy...insanely fit for this blueish background...and what a background...plain...but extremely exciting. I love the details.
In short terms: Cold but insanely spicy...maaad

I wasn't sure about the yellow, but wanted to avoid to use the typical bloody red everywhere. And like you said, gladly it works nicely with the blueish colors.

Why you did it in 2 versions?

Because i started with gruze - i wanted to make all new journals for that style - but as i figured out, that the menu wasn't possible with gruze, i had to switch back.
And i left both versions, because i have no idea which one i will be able to fix - if i ever will be able to do that.

I see what you mean. It needs a bit more work, especially the menu...I tried so many times to click the 'Dedications' and never really managed to
But I really like the overall design. It would definitely suit the dark mood of the club

Nope. Only in the gruze version. When I tried to hover the mouse over dedications the menu disappeared.

Yeah, strangely it's just for 'dedications' - but i guess it's because of moving it around so much. Have to find a way to fix it.
