Mr. Fabulous, here! While the lines are sharp and the colors don't irritate the eyes, I'm not exactly sure what you intended for the theme of this photo. The guy's smile is crooked (on his right), and makes him look kinda goofy. The shadowing on both him and his gastly also seemed off-putting, especially the shadows beneath the guy's bangs (seems unnatural that the shadows are larger than the hair themselves) and underneath the gastly's eyes, they made my eyes kinda confused... where they eyelids? I dunno.
Also, personally since we're dealing with a poison/ghost combo, would've been nice if you gave the photo a more macarbe/grimmer theme. Like darker colors, more malicious stares, grittier lines, but I'm not saying this one is bad, right now it's fine. Could be that he just doesn't give two dopes about doing so.

Actually, I wanted to make this picture a little off-putting, and the result quite satisfied me. But his smile is really crooked and strange, you're right, my buddy named it "a smile of a washed-up addict" 
However, my artistic style is far from ideal yet, I'll take into account your words, thanks :3
