if you wish to critique this commission, do an advanced critique! And try to focus on the color composition and shading skill, NOT anatomy please. 
this is an 8$ Basic commission for the fantastic :iconreawolfshade:.
His character is racing across the northern lands with the icy wind ruffling his dark fur.
All artwork belongs to me.
Character belongs to the commissioner.

This is wonderful! The anatomy looks just fine to me, and the colours are just awesome. Although brown and blue are completely different colours, they're not contrasting each other since they're both warm in this case. The warm blue and the cool blue-greens also go very well together, and the persistent use of blue gives this piece a very nice, even mood throughout.
The shading on the wolf is very nice, but I think he should have a bit of a shadow in the snow if there's enough of a light source to give him his own shadows (Gah, don't know the proper terminology, hope I'm getting it right). Also, I really like the wolf's eye. It stands out very nicely since it's a much lighter shade of blue than the snow and the night sky.

Wow, wow, woooowww... Brown and indigo mixed with a hint of yellow/green has never worked this well! I somehow get a Native American feeling of this one, astonishing!
