it is like while its changing into the regular sized mangekyu. as its changing, it stops at that, but then swirls into mangekyu regular. it is sasukes,he fights with it. he uses it a bit in ep 107.

You're wrong, that Mangekyou Sharingan is Itachi's when he is accused of killing his best friend Shisui. It's in Sasuke's flashback when he is fighting Naruto at Valley of the End, i think.
