I really like your work on the skin texture/highlights in this piece! You might want to increase the shadows on the stockings a bit, though. Right now, they look rather flat, and some shdaow would really add definition.

Hehe. I know the feeling. I have a number of pieces where I'm like: "I don't like how X turned out… Maybe I'll get back to it…. one day." XD
One easy suggestion: After I posted the comment on this piece, I took a look at your nude image, and the shading beneath the stockings is very good. You might consider simply dropping the transparency on the stocking layer to make it sheer, and letting the shading and tone from the skin beneath show through. Since the stockings themselves have only minimal shading, it would just be the highlights adding together, and most sheer fabrics are shinier than skin anyway.
On the whole, though, it's a lovely piece. Keep up the creativity! ^_^
