Quite a nice drawing! I love her facial expression but at the same time her mouth seems a bit to big or dark I'm not sure what it is but something about it throws me off...
You did a great job at the shading of the neck-folds in her cape but I'd suggest you take a bit more time for the shading and use the Tip of your pencil, not the side, to get a nicer shading with less of the paper texture showing through and giving it a more three dimensional feel! Also try to vary the pencils you use and use a harder one for light shading (like on the legs/stomach)
