Overall, this is a lovely piece. There's emotion and a bit of depth, a small amount of movement, and a show of skill. The flaws in this mostly center around the originality, but the simple concept also has a likability about it.
Vision: 2.5 stars. I like the general idea, but it isn't quite clear what it is. The soft, gentle look to it is nice and simple, but could use a greater theme or idea. Anything from adding something to the background, even abstract shapes, would help.
Originality: 1.5 stars. Since it's a very simple piece, I've already seen many similar to this. A bust of an anthro character, winking and smiling with a gentle glow around it is a popular thing. The reason it scores a 1.5, however, is because it has more emotion and movement than other images.
Technique: 3.5 stars. Your lines are very clean, and the glow is very soft; it isn't harsh and it doesn't distract from the main focal point. However, there isn't any shading except for the eye, which has a lot of effort put into it. It does create a nice contrast, but it also is a bit distracting from the rest of her face.
Impact: 3.5 stars. You've put a lovely expression on her; she shows emotion in her eyes and her mouth. The slightly shrugged shoulders and lowered ears also add feeling to her. To add more impact, I'd suggest, again, adding something to the image, such as a prop.
