Description This is referenced from a Chinese postcard; I really liked the postcard art's style and wanted to learn it. I especially like how the completely dark area make this drawing have more punch.

Very nice! You captured some good detail with the pagoda tower and the pointed roofs, and you used the right tones of watercolor to make for some strong lighting effects here The gold accenting gives this a mellow/peaceful feel too
