i use Adobe Photoshop 7 CE ^^ that's the best i think it's trial is free just google it and download.. it's a graphic program so you can use brushes, textures, etc.. hope i could help!

i have the whole program and i don't think you can download and install it again and again.. buy it or try dc++ or stuff like that ^^
