Rough and wild. He doesn’t like to talk about personal things. Not a very open person. He’s very blunt and speaks his mind. He appreciates things, but doesn’t get attached to things very easily.

Pokemon Personality
A herpderp, he is childish and competitive. He can be very rough. He is also very defensive of Nine.

Bio:
Nine was an orphan. He was very quiet and didn’t make any friends at the orphanage. One sunny day when he was 7, the caretakers took them to a beach for a field trip. Nine sat by the shore while the other kids went to find sea shells and play. A stream of water shot from the ocean and hit him. He looked over and found a baby Sharpedo. This was the first time he saw one. Interested he ran towards it and they played the rest of the day away until the caretakers took notice and pulled Nine away. The Sharpedo whined. But Nine was so small he wasn’t stronger than them so he was pulled away and taken back. That night Nine decided to run away. It wasn’t very hard. He escaped with a backpack filled with food, a blanket, and a music player. He wandered around until he found the road back to the beach. Reunited with the Sharpedo, he found his home in a water cave. The Sharpedo would never leave his side and he lived like this for a week before he ran out of food. That was a stormy day and he only made it up to the shore before his body gave in, he fainted and the Sharpedo kept to his side. An old man who worked near a power plant found him and since the Sharpedo wouldn’t leave the boys body, he took the pokemon in as well. When Nine woke up the old man took care of him and placed the Sharpedo in a poke ball for him. He became Nine’s father and taught him how to work the technology around the power plant. On Nine’s 12th birthday, the seas were raging and a storm came up. Lightning danced around in the sky. Nine had noticed something on top of their power plant and since his father was gone fixing things Nine wandered off to the top followed by his loyal Sharpedo. At the top he found a burnt Lanturn slumped against a lightning rod. A lighting cloud was storming closer. Desperate to help, Nine ran towards it to pull it back inside before anything could do further damage to it. Nine dragged it off the rod and scampered towards the door, as the thunder roared louder. An inch away from safety the lightning had struck streaming down, Nine’s beloved Sharpedo jumped up above him and took the hit. That night his best friend of 5 years had passed away and since then Nine had held a grudge against all electric type pokemon. He didn’t wish to even acknowledge even the Lanturn he caught. Over time he opened up to the Lanturn he caught however and named it ‘Rod’. Together they grew strong.

Poke-Fuser: Nine’s father cleaned the roof and found a piece of Sharpedo’s tooth and gave it to Nine. Nine carved the tooth into a skull and used it as a pin. Which later became his Poke-fuser after some customization.

Weapon: His weapon is an electric control pod. It converts his electrical output into a more focused and solid form of lightning. It can be used to mold lightning, or double the effects of it. Basically it allows Nine to grasp and control the flow of electrons.
