this is gorgeous.
i'm doing a contest currently
this character that i'm making for it has escaped from the authorities
and so i thought using one of this outfits elements would be a nice touch to my characters wordrobe.
the cuffs around the neck?
of coarse it would be manipulated a different way
and i would credit you for giving such a great idea...
