It's one of those few endings that are happy which can make you cry.
Of course, Zutarians cried a lot after the ending. I heard some towns were experiencing flash floods.
The picture is very nice, I like the style it's drawn in. Only thing that bugs me is a couple of clothing inaccuracies, but nothing major.
