I'm trying to be more active lately and also got a new drawing~This piece is actually a birthday gift I made for my good friend Mahe, over at Facebook. Here we have Bobos, her charming cat.
The whole drawing was made basically in a single day, don't think I ever made a drawing like this so fast. I wanted to make it a full realistic portrait but it was challenging to work with the lighter colors on the blue paper, it's harder to control the shading, so I tried a different style.
And since I signed this one directly on the paper I didn't add the usual watermark with my signature. XD

In a day, really? WOW. That is some amazing shading and detail in a short span of time.

I still wonder how I managed to work on it so quickly, but I was happy I could finish it in time for my friend's birthday. The background has some problems but it was a good practice. ^^
Those big blue eyes and fluffiness are hard to resist indeed.
