Description Some people ask me why I do so many halves: I am too lazy to do the rest, the hair, I also use the minimal style because I only like doing eyes, nose, mouth and the important features, I hate getting to detailed, because a detailed drawing done by me, usually looks dirty.

Simone Simons, the vocalist of Epica, one of my favourite bands, and one of the first symphonic metal bands I've heard (just after Within Temptation, in the same day), it took me 1-2 hours wth a 8b, hb and a 2b pencil on paper.

Thank you but, you know, art is about work only, I don't find myself talented. Here, take a drawing from when I was 13 and it took me 1-2 hours O.O[link]

this is really good Guilee!!! I'm really impressed!!! and you sound like me lol. The other half of the face never comes out right, unless you have a picture to go off of and then you still find yourself erasing and your like O.O what happened to the paper?

Thank you For me it's not because the other half of the face doesn't come as I want, since I usually do semi-profile portraits, it's because it's all the same and I'm too lazy to draw the lines from an eye to another to check it's position and stuff. But I know the feeling with erasing, that's awful when it happens.

I used to know that feeling bro, but now I have to scan a drawing from 6 angles to put it on the computer because they are usually huge

Lol yea I bet they are huge. Drawings can get pretty big but right now I'm only working on 8X11 sheets. Thankfully. lol

Yeah, those portraits I'm doing are small, but I'm doing those annoying still life glasses for an exhibition and they are huge, larger than A3. OwO it's awful.
