From what I remember, one of them did not serve Skull Master. Β I take it that drinking it turns people into lizard folk regardless but, by how much is determined by willpower. Β Those that were willing to serve Skull Master turned in mindless identical monsters, the one that didn't kept most of his identity, like his hair.

Skull Master could have built himself a massive army of lizardmen. He shouldnt have stopped at a few dozen and worked on getting a thousand.

They stand at about 4 foot 5, so they could fit comfortably in the house. Feed them two adult rats every other day and give them a heat blanket and uv light blub they should be fine.
