Leatherhead grabbing Donatello by the face. I think in this episode they over used the joke, Leatherhead grabbed him by the face three times under two minutes.

Edit. Here is a shot of Leatherhead along with Donatello from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012. A short lived gag in season one where Leatherhead would grab only Donatello from the face. Good thing this joke was moved on quickly.
