Well, it depends on the music. If you are playing a relatively simple riff, it's quite easy to headbang while playing. Also, you can bang your head every once in a while, when you let a chord ring and sound out.
Every other time your playing suffers, but hey, it ain;t studio, it's a live show, so fuck it and bang your head - people come to watch, not only listen ;D

Oh, ok. I forgot they are electric guitars. Still this is pretty amazing, I mean, I can't even play a game and scratch my nose at the same time. Amazing this headbanging doesn't throw you music guys off into boot mode.
