This a little tricky to grasp an appropriate concept, but alas I HAVE FOUND IT.
I realize now that the face needs to be fixed up a little bit, come to think of it, I might just redraw this one, but here's a teaser for it.

The Alien being "Voltoid" as the name goes in this picture, is a Zeblectaur from the planet Dungyth. The Zeblectaurs are a humanoid creature, suggesting intelligence. They are, in fact, a quite intelligent race and have many communities over the planet. However, their jaw formation makes it so that they cannot have a very complicated language, like most species, mostly containing bull-like grunts or moans that can change pitch. They are incredibly strong and fast, and have some biology like you would find in an electric eel on Earth. Their horns, and tail are electric. The hands are also electric, but that is limited. The species is notorious for short temper, and tend to charge alot. NEVER get them angry.

My finished version will be photoshoped, like I have said times before. It will also be given a superhero bio.
