Stannis would make a good King, he has a good sense of justice and order, however, Melisandre is his weakness.

The show really doesn't do his character justice, hopefully we'll see him move away from the borderline villain role that the show seems to portray him as- Season 4 ought to be better. At least he's willing to punish the Freys and Boltons for their cowardly crimes against the Starks despite any feelings he had towards Robb and the Northern rebellion.
