a costume design i had thought of for a comic im currently working on.

Origin: Along with her friends and a mysterious outsider Barbara managed to slay the evil tyrant who threatened her world, a dragon queen who ruled land and sky's with mind controlled dragons and complete control over the elements of fire and earth. along with defeating her barbara took the dragon queens jewel and scepter and vowed to protect her world from all harm with her new given powers.
