Also as I read on the ranger wiki, when they filmed Gosei Green on screen, they just used a blue suit that was recolored in post. the helmet wasn't revealed until the "lost keys" key set.

it's not just the visor, but the animal on the helmet is also changed from shark to Dolphin.

In my defense, that too was part of the visor design (the jagged teeth of the shark desgin use the yellow border of the visor), I just forgot I noticed it and didn't realize the significance of that difference...
