Background always look better in my imagination than on the canvas, it's frustrating sometimes.
I actually moved her further towards the back of the picture because her face doesn't look right

Hmm, true. I think your mind was going for a cannon style of Fluttershy. But the way the head shape came out looks more like a real-life horse version. So there's not much of an error here. x3
And yeah, things don't always come out as best as we hope... but then again, sometimes they come out better than we imagine. :0
