You completely captured that fascination we have when we're young, and if we're lucky will still have when we're older. I love the way the light framed him, like someone was trying to point him out and remind you of the importance of the things you've gotten to used to wonder about anymore. Overall a great shot.

Lovely shot. Lightings great and sort of leaves even us viewers in anticipation. What on Earth is the boy looking at so eagerly... I wonder if it's far away or just under his nose... Or is he just staring into nothingness, looking for something with his eyes just like we are doing right now with ours...
I only wish the boy was alone in this picture. It would've strenghtened the effect, but just cutting the other people out wouldn't probably have worked either since it would've messed with the "spotlight".
