From the Canadian show "Murdoch Mysteries" (if you've seen it on Ovation, it's called "The Artful Detective").

This is Doctor Julia Odgen. She is a capable doctor, coroner and psychologist as well as a brave and modern woman. She's played by Hélène Joy.
I have styled her hair in the later seasons style, in the first season she has darker reddish brown hair in a long braid over one shoulder. I did up a design, but I preferred this one (plus, if Emily Grace from later seasons is to be in the same picture, this makes more sense!) Perhaps I'll do a season 1 version based on this as well.

I highly recommend the show if you think "Sherlock style mysteries set in Victorian era Toronto with anachronistic steampunky style inventions" sounds cool. Maybe I'll draw Higgins after this. MAYBE.
