Compared to the prior drawing, this redraw is absolutely stunning, the subtle -or not if you actually feel your eyes drawn to it- blood, the detail of the face, lips, the background, it all is really well done, and a massive improvement. This redraw definitely shows the leaps and bounds an artist can make in art.
Some things work amazingly, the cracks add for an amazing contrast to smooth skin and soft hair, the blood stands out upon the pale skin in a very appealing yet gruesome manner. Other things don't work so well, the jagged green and grey bolts feel very blocky and unnecessary, if their purpose was to fill in empty space it might have been a better idea to use something that works better like the colourful circle behind the subject. Some more of those colours in wisps or even subtle blood flecks on the blackness would fit in better.
This is an inspiring piece, despite the parts that don't work as well, it definitely leaves a sense of futuristic or magical essence in the subject's world. As a stranger I wish to know more about their story right from this simple picture, you've drawn me into a state of questioning such small details as why she has that wound, where did she come from, etcetera.

Alright, so let's see what has changed ever since I gave your art an eye for the last time.
So... first off, it's quite hard for me to actually compare the two paintings, since they look completely different to me, and to be perfectly honest -- I don't see much of an improvement in the later one. First thing that really catches my sight are the cracks in the background. Although I can tell what were you trying to convey with their distinctive design, I feel like the difference is a bit misguided or maybe even rushed. It feels slightly incomplete; if the foreground was created in such an elaborate and professional fashion, why would you leave the rest of the drawing so sketchy? The bottom gradient of the circle looks muddy and dirty and overall the background's contrast with the character is extremely drawing the viewer's attention as if it was either incomplete or done by a different artist. The impression it gives feels very dissatisfying, like a mistake the viewer would not expect to be done by an artist of your kind. Your earlier painting did not include such a knickknack of a concept.
The crazed variety and great feeling of immersion is, therefore, not present here anymore. Even though I like the technique of painting the face, how the color blending of the material is distinctive and feels as amazing as before and the light, there is something missing in the overall.
I believe you tried to experiment a bit with this piece; there is no other way to explain how could a painting as great as this: pre02.deviantart.net/4400/th/p…
turn into something as mediocre as this one. There isn't really much to say in terms of technical improvement, although I think the body cracks and blood texture look probably much better in the later painting.
That's not to say I think this is a bad artwork; it still does look appealing, at least the girl's face, her outfit, her hair, but the charm of the previous painting is sadly no longer here.

I see you don't enjoy a constructive criticism, do you?

I just didn't find your ciritique very useful, you didn't tell me how I could improve you just told me that the other drawing was better. I didn't have any bad intentions. You didn't really need to comment here and take this further. I don't want to fight.
