This drawing is pretty old so I don't remember in details what I used :/

But the main medium are for sure colored pencils as well as black ink for the darkest parts of the face/hair/hat

I love the contrast between the blue and orange colors, some people can not reach the effect of the complementary contrast because they overload it. But you mastered that very well
