Quest 1 | Rhodochrosites-Court

Pink Scapolite stood outside of the Royal doors of the throne room. This is the day she would meet the gem she was to serve without question. The gem she would pledge her loyalty to. This is the day she would meet Rhodochrosite. And to say she was nervous was an understatement. Her hands were jittery and she was on the verge of a mental breakdown. She couldn't help it. She was worried that she might mess up, that she might say something stupid.

"No," she thought "I can do this." She nodded, trying to reassure herself. "I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. I can do-" her thoughts were interrupted by the opening of the doors. Inside was a bigger-than-life throne room that was as grand as she could imagine. And in the middle of it sat Rhodochrosite and her pearls. Pink Scapolite could feel the strong gaze of the giant gem before her. She gulped. There was no going back now. She walked down the aisle leading to the throne where her King sat. Once she reached the throne, she immediately went down on one knee, bowed her head, and placed her right hand on the right side of her chest.

"My King, I am Pink Scapolite. It is an honour to be able to serve you. I will do it with vigilance and dignity." She said, looking up. "I promise not to disappoint."
