Description
Out of the Calcian royal siblings, Vanteri is the only one with a different father. Vanteri’s birth father is from Ialdze Nil, the country created by the God of Knowledge. The people of Ialdze Nil can read the minds of those they’re familiar with. As such, the queen of Calcia had devious intentions for her telepathic child, but after the assassination of the Lysithean royal family her plans dissolved. Vanteri and his younger brother, Zatheel, were cast aside and ignored after this. They became very attached to one another and Vanteri stopped speaking vocally for the most part, preferring to speak to Zatheel telepathically and let him do all the talking for both of them. Vanteri is one of my favorite characters because he makes up half of my favorite couple, the other half being Keller.
