its made out of the same star as Phalu !!! sort of a cyborg.. its upper arms and upper thighs along w its head it the organtic parts, while its lower legs, arms and middle body is robotic !!
phali is a star child made by space raiders, its illegal to create star children unless u got approval from the ~space law~ or w/e... so phali was retrieved by crystellus (the original creator of star children) as it felt responsible for phali's creation... phali is heavily modified and is made quite differently than other star children, and would fall apart if it wasnt for the robotic limbs and parts.
